Kadal audio launch postponed!
The audio of the much awaited film 'Kadal' directed by Mani Ratnam was widely buzzed to have its launch on November 23. The audio was said to hit the stores directly without a grand launch event. The audio release is not happening on November 23 and has been postponed to a later date.
Thulasi who plays the female lead has tweeted, "Sad news the audio release for Kadal is not happening on 23rd November. Sorry everyone but you just have to wait longer!" The exact date is yet to be announced. A.R. Rahman has scored the music and the film has seven tracks.
Surya drops in on Biriyani set
Surya who is busy shooting for his upcoming film 'Singam 2' had dropped into the sets of Biriyani. His sudden visit came as a pleasant surprise to one and all. The team was excited and happy to see Surya who had spent some time with them.
Venkat Prabhu started the shooting of Biriyani earlier this month. Karthi, Hansika and Premgi Amaren are playing the lead roles. The shooting is progressing well. Hansika seems to be enjoying her shoot with the Biriyani team. Karthi will be sporting a completely different look in the film. Yuvan is scoring the music.
STR sings for G.V. Prakash
STR has sung a track for the film 'Naan Rajavaga Pogiren'. G.V. Prakash is scoring the music and had wanted STR to croon for this peppy track. The actor had tweeted, "Sang a song for G.V. Prakash called 'Kalaipom' from 'Naan Rajavaga Pogiren' after a very long time. Had super fun!!! Orey kalai." Naan Rajavaga Pogiren is an upcoming film directed by Prithvi Rajkumar and written by Vetrimaaran. The film features Nakul, Chandni and newcomer Avani Modi in the lead roles.
STR has started shooting for Vaalu and is having a gala time on the sets with Santhanam and VTV Ganesh.
Krish sings new song for Ajith's film
Ajith's untitled film directed by Vishnuvaradhan is progressing well. The next schedule of the film will begin on November 28 in Chennai. Yuvan is working on the music score and has recorded a song crooned by singer Krish. Krish has tweeted, "Recorded a song for Yuvan along with our Super director Vishnuvaradhan. Had a great time."
Vishnuvaradhan has also tweeted, "Got a great song from my dear friend Yuvan. Witnessing the construction of the song by him everyday. Cant wait to shoot." Arya, Nayanthara and Taapsee Pannu are also part of the cast.
Haridas Trailer
Haridas is an upcoming film starring Kishore of 'Polladhavan' fame and Sneha in the lead. It is directed by G.N.R.Kumaravelan of 'Ninaithale Inikkum' and Yuvan Yuvathi fame. The movie is about an eight-year-old boy's view on life and his father. Musical score is by Vijay Antony. The audio of the film will be launched on November 26.
