The shooting of Gautham Menon's 'Neethane En Ponvasantham' is inching towards completion. The film is set to hit the screens on December 14. Jiiva and Samantha play the lead roles. Jiiva who is currently shooting for NEP has tweeted, "Looks like today is the last day of NEP. Shooting 'Pudiklale mamae' song at SSN college." Nani and Samantha play the lead roles in the Telugu version 'Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu' which will also release simultaneously on the same day. Music by Ilayaraja.

Karthi, Anushka starrer Alex Pandian is set to hit the screens for Pongal. The audio launch of the film is likely to take place on November 24. A grand event has been planned for the audio release. The venue is yet to be decided.

Devi Sri Prasad has scored the music and is upbeat about the music of the album. The film is directed by Suraaj and produced by Studio Green.

Arjun and Lakshmi Rai pair up

Arjun and Lakshmi Rai play the lead roles in an untitled film to be directed by Kodi Ramakrishna of 'Arundhathi' fame. The film will be a bilingual to be made in Tamil and Hindi.
