Ajith injured on set
Ajith has begun shooting for the next schedule of Vishnuvaradhan's untitled film in Mumbai. While shooting for a risky action sequence, Ajith had to jump from one moving car to another. The actor had done the daredevil stunt himself without using a body double and his right leg got jammed in the tyre of a car while performing the stunt.
The shooting was stopped and the doctors were called immediately to the sets. Luckily, Ajith had escaped with only minor bruises and being a thorough professional he had opted to continue with the shoot without taking a break.
Dhanush in Mariyaan
Dhanush's cameo in Mammootty's film?
Kamath & Kamath is an upcoming Malayalam film starring Mammootty, Dileep, Rima Kallingal and Karthika Nair in lead roles which on floors from November 5. The film is directed by Thomson. Dhanush who is currently busy with Raanjhnaa and Mariyaan has been approached to do a cameo appearance in the film. The actor is yet to give final nod.
Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal' wrapped
The shooting of the much awaited film Kadal has been wrapped yesterday. Directed by Mani Ratnam, Gautham and Thulasi Nair play the lead roles. Thulasi had tweeted, "Wooohoo and that's a wrap people!!! The best time ever! Kadal has come to end! I've never been so happy and sad! On my way back to Mumbai to join my old buzzing life. Will miss Mani sir, Rajeev sir and the entire crew!"
Kadal is a love story set in the backdrop of the sea. The song 'Nenjikulle' which was recently aired on MTV has received raving response from the audience. The audience are now eagerly awaiting the audio release.
Paradesi audio track list
The audio of Bala's 'Paradesi' is all set to be launched on November 24 in Chennai. Atharva, Vedhika and Dhansika play the lead roles. The post production work of the film is currently in progress. The film revolves around the lives of tea estate workers.
G.V. Prakash who is excited about the album release has announced the track details.

Madhesh replaces K.S. Ravikumar in Kochadaiyaan
Superstar's Kochadaiyaan one of the eagerly awaited films is directed by Soundarya Rajnikanth. K.S. Ravikumar had donned the advisor's cap and supervised the film production. The latest buzz is director Madhesh of 'Mirattal' fame has now taken the responsibility of supervising the film. Ravi Kumar is currently focusing on his Bollywood debut venture starring Sanjay Dutt and Prachi Desai in lead roles. Hence Madesh has taken charge as direction supervisor and is all happy to be part of this prestigious project. The post production work of the film is in progress.
