The release date of Seenu Ramasamy's Neer Paravai starring Vishnu, Sunaina, Samuthrakani and Nandita Das has been announced. Udayanidhi Stalin who is producing the film has said that the film will hit the screens on November 23. The film set in the backdrop of the sea revolves around the lives of fishermen. Music by N. R. Raghunanthan.

Vijay to do a cameo?

Ilayathalapathy Vijay has been approached for a special cameo appearance in a song from the film Onbadhula Guru. The film is made by debutant director P.T. Selvakumar who is a close friend of Vijay. The director has approached both Jiiva and Vijay to do cameo roles in the film. While Jiiva has been confirmed to do a cameo, Vijay is yet to give the final nod. Vijay had earlier made a cameo appearance in Akshay Kumar's Rowdy Rathore for his good friend Prabhu Deva. Vinay, Premgi Amaren, Aravind Akash and Sathyan play the lead roles in this comedy entertainer. 

Shiva turns dubbing artist

Shiva, Vasunthra Kashyap starrer 'Sonna Puriyadhu' is set to hit the screens in December. The first look and trailer of the film was released recently. The film is a romantic comedy directed by debutant K. Jayaraj. Shiva is playing a dubbing artist in the film who dubs for International films. Shiva fears marriage and feels that he will loose his freedom after marriage. Whether Shiva ties the knot with Vasundhra forms the crux of the film. Music by Yatish.
