Arya Nayan's 'Raja Rani' starts rolling

Arya and Nayanthara will play the lead roles in a film titled 'Raja Rani' to be directed by Shankar's former assistant Atlee who makes a debut as director. Jai and Sathyraj play significant roles in the film. The film is produced by A.R. Murugadoss in association with Fox Star Studios. The film began today with a formal pooja and first shoot. G.V. Prakash to score the music. The film shooting is likely to begin with Jai and Nayanthara since Arya is currently shooting in Mumbai for Settai. 

Vimal's next with 'Neer Paravai' director

Vimal is on a roll in K-Town. The actor is currently shooting for Pandiraj's 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga' and his other projects include Moondru Per Moondru Kadhal, Rendavathu Padam, Sillunu Oru Sandippu.  The 'Kalavaani' actor has been roped to play the lead in director Seenu Ramasamy's next film titled 'Bengaluru Thamizhan'. The rest of cast and crew are yet to be finalised. Director Seenu Ramasamy is currently busy with his upcoming film 'Neer Paravai'.

Controversial lyrics removed from Neer Paravai

Neer Paravai is an upcoming film directed by Seenu Ramasamy starring Vishnu and Sunaina in lead roles produced by Udayanidhi’s 'Red Giant Movies'. The audio of the film was launched recently and one of the song ‘Para Para’ has run into a controversy. The song penned by Vairamuthi has lines like ‘Sthotram’ and ‘Sathyamum Jeevanumai Nilaikkiren’ with biblical reference. Following the objections from the Christian community, the controversial lines have been removed. N.R. Ragunanthan has scored the music for the film.
