Kareena's fat paycheck for Karan's film?
If rumours are to be believed, Kareena is likely to sign a film in South. The sizzling hot babe Kareena Kapoor has reportedly been offered a fat paycheck of 8 crores to play the lead opposite tamil actor Karan with whom she had appeared for a TV commercial. The actor who is getting ready to tie the knot with her long time beau Saif Ali Khan tomorrow has been approached to play the female lead in a film titled Sokkanathan.
Kareena is likely to take a final call after going through the entire script. The trilingual film will be made in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu simultaneously. The film which is to be made on a big budget will be directed by Vadivudayan.
Kalla Thuppakki joins the Diwali race
Vijay's Thuppakki is gearing up for a Diwali blast is a known news. The latest we hear is Kalla Thuppakki team which had filed a case against the title of 'Thuppakki' is also planning to release the film for Diwali.
Thangar's 'Ammavin Kaipesi' for Diwali?
The list of films which are targeting a Diwali release seems to be getting bigger. Thangar Bachan also wants to release his upcoming film 'Ammavin Kaipesi' starring Shantnoo Bhagyaraj and Iniya for Diwali.
Radha Mohan's 'Gauravam' release date
Radha Mohan's 'Gauravam' is inching towards completion. The film marks the debut of Allu Sirish and Yami Gautham of 'Vicky Donor' fame. The film is almost done except for a song shoot. Prakash Raj who is producing the film is planning to release the film next year on January 25. The film is a bilingual made in Tamil and Telugu. Gauravam is said to be in the backdrop of hierarchy and caste system. Music by Thaman.
Anirudh for Ajith?
The latest news doing the rounds in K-Town is that Anirudh who made a sensational debut in '3' is likely to score the music for Ajith's next film with Siruthai Siva. While Yuvan's name was earlier hinted for the music score, now it seems to be Anirudh. However an official confirmation is awaited.
Ajith is currently shooting for director Vishnuvardhan's untitled project. Thala had recently shot a risky action sequence for Vishnu's film where he had to be suspended upside down. The film also starring Arya, Nayanthara and Tapsee is progressing well. Yuvan is scoring the music.
Yuvan's title track in 'Aadhalaal Kaadhal Seiveer'
The audio of Suseenthiran's 'Aadhalaal Kaadhal Seiveer' is to be launched on October 17 in Chennai. The film has newcomer Santhosh Ramesh and Manisha Yadav of 'Vazhukku En' fame playing the lead roles. Poornima Bhagyaraj plays a key role in the film. The film is a new age love story between a young couple which later turns into strained relationship. Yuvan who is scoring the music has crooned the title track of the film. He has also made a 'cameo' appearance in the song.
