Actress Khushbu has not appeared in movies in a long time though she is a frequent face in the Television industry. The actress who is usually seen hosting shows recently made an announcement about the Telugu project she has signed. She will be seen donning a character role in Pawan Kalyan-Samathna starrer untitled movie. Interestingly, this is her second undertaking this year following James Vasanthan's multi-starrer Oh Andha Naatkal in Tamil which marks her return to movies after 7 years. 

According to her director, Trivikram's powerful script made her sign the dotted lines. This undertaking also marks her return to Telugu cinema after 9 years. She was last seen featuring alongside Pawan Kalyan's brother Chiranjeevi in his 2007 movie Stalin.
