No grand audio launch for Thuppakki

No grand audio launch for Thuppakki

Thuppakki team is rejoicing over winning the case over the title issue. A.R. Murugadoss has announced that the teaser trailer of the much awaited film will be released in a grand press meet on October 10. The audio launch of Thuppakki will happen on October 11. There will be no official inauguration ceremony and the CDs will be available at the music stores from that day. The film is gearing up for a big Diwali release. Vijay and Kajal Agarwal play the lead roles. Music by Harris Jayaraj.

Jiiva and Trisha to romance in France

'Endrendrum Punnagai' starring Jiiva, Trisha, Vinay, Andrea, Santhanam which started rolling last month has completed its first schedule. The romantic entertainer is directed by Ahmed. The team is planning its next schedule in France where few songs are to be canned in exotic locations. Jiiva and Trisha may leave to France by the end of the month. Andrea who replaced Lisa Hayden is yet to begin the shoot and is likely join from the next schedule. Music is scored by Harris Jayaraj.

Ajith's film to be titled soon

Ajith is currently shooting for Vishnuvaradhan's film which is yet-to-be-titled. Following the various tilte controversies in Kollywood the director didn't announced the film title. The team is currently deciding on the title of the film which is likely to be revealed soon. Write Suresh Subha who is penning the dialogues for the film has tweeted, "Shortlisted few titles for Vishnuvardhan-Ajith movie. Final round of selection in progress. Hoping to share with you all soon."

Santhanam teams up with Ajith again

Ajith will work with director Siruthai Siva after wrapping Vishunvaradhan's project. Kollywood's most sought after comedian Santhanam will be teaming up with Thala after Billa. Anushka is likely to bag the female lead. A top hero is also likely to do a cameo in the film. 

Anushka in a period flick?

Anushka has been approached to play the lead role in a historical film which revolves around the life of Rani Rudrama Devi. Rani Rudrama Devi was one of the most prominent rulers in Indian history. Anushkah who is busy with over half a dozen projects is yet to give the positive nod. The film is a bilingual to be made in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. Gunashekar will weild the megaphone and Isaignani Ilayaraja to score the music.
