SLB's Padmavati Climax War Seqence would cost Rs.12 crores!

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus period drama Padmavati, has become one of the most highly anticipated films. The film stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in the lead. Actress Aditi Rao Hydari is the new addition to the star cast. The film is a historical drama and is touted to be the most exotic films of Bollywood. The latest buzz, is that the climax scene of the film will cost a whopping amount of around Rs. 12 crores!

A source told The Asian Age, “Unlike the prolonged and FX-saturated battle scene in Baahubali, there will be no CGIs in SLB’s battle finale. Blood spatters and severed limbs are a strict no-no. The entire battle scenario is being sketched blow-by-blow on paper, so that it is completely authentic. The execution of the sequence will require a minimum of 15 of the stars’ dates.”

Bhansali has started prepping up for the scene and it will approximately take 15 days to shoot and execute this huge scenario.

The movie Padmavati which is starring Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh is an account of the story of Rajputana Queen Padmavati who performed Jauhar to save herself from the evil invader Allaudin Khilji whose role is being performed by Ranveer Singh.The movie has been scheduled to release on 17 November, 2017.
