Rajiv Menon doesn't direct much but when he does, he always goes in for the best. Also one of the constants in his movie, apart from quality that is; has been his music director A.R. Rahman. So it was no news that the double Oscar winner was roped in for his upcoming venture which will mark Rajiv's directorial comeback after 15 years. But what is news is that Rahman has already completed the songs for this film, which will star his actor-musician nephew G.V Prakash in the lead. This is quite unusual for the composer as he is known for taking his time with the tunes.

Apparently, the director worked on this script for about three years before finalizing a version. Reports suggest that Sai Pallavi may play female lead to G.V Prakash in the film. Actor Cheenu Mohan who made a comeback into films with Iraivi this year has been roped in for playing the lead actor's father. This yet untitled movie is expected to begin shooting from November.
