Udaynidhi's Neer Paravai nearing completion

Udaynidhi's Neer Paravai nearing completion

Neer Paravai starring Vishnu, Sunaina, Samudrakani, Nandita Das and Saranya is on the verge of completion. Film directed by Seenu Ramasamy of 'Thenmerku Paruvakatru' fame is set on the backdrop of the lives of fisherman. Sunaina plays a Christian girl who is quiet and disciplined. Vishnu plays a drunkard who falls in love with the heroine. 

Music has been scored by N.R. Ragunathan and the audio is expected to be released soon. The film is produced by Udayanidhi Stalin's 'Red Giant Movies'.

Siddharth Vetrimaran film wraps a schedule

Siddharth plays the lead role in Vetrimaran's maiden production venture directed by his assistant Manikandan. Vetrimaran has worked on the script and dialogues of this yet-to-be-titled film. The team has wrapped a two week long hectic schedule. Major action sequence was shot in the schedule. Siddharth had tweeted, "Wrapped a mother of a schedule with a super committed crew on my film with Vetrimaaran and director Manikandan. Unforgettable! High on work."

Karthi and Anushka's folk number

The shooting of Karthi, Anuskha starrer Alex Pandian will be wrapped with a final song shoot which is happening in AVM Studios. Karthi and Anushka are said to be shaking their legs for a peppy and energetic folk number composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Anushkha who returned from Georgia immediately joined the sets of Alex Pandian to complete the pending song shoot. Suraj has wielded the megaphone and the film is set to hit the screens on October 12.

Mohanlal and Amala Paul will team up in director Joshy's 'Run Baby Run', which will hit the screens for Onam on August 29. Mohanlal who has sung many songs earlier has sung a folk song 'Attumanal Payayil' in this film. Music has been scored by Ratheesh Vegha.
