Thuppakki is one of the most awaited film starring Vijay and Kajal Agarwal in the lead directed by A.R. Murugadoss. Despite the film facing trouble over the title issue, the latest we hear is that the satellite rights have been bagged by Vijay TV for a huge price. It is to be noted that Vijay TV had earlier acquired the satelllite rights of Vijay's 'Nanban'. Though the amount has not been disclosed, it is said to be higher than Nanban as the buzz around the film is huge. 

The pending songs in the film will be shot this month in Europe. The title issue should hopefully get resolved by this month so that the makers can decide on the teaser release, audio release and release date of the film. Music has been scored by Harris Jayaraj.

Ajith to shoot for English Vinglish

We had earlier reported that Ajith is likely to do a cameo in Sridevi's 'English Vinglish' for the Tamil version. Ajith will now shoot for the cameo on August 11 with Sridevi in Mumbai. Amitabh Bachchan had made a guest appearance for the Hindi version which is being done by Ajith for the Tamil version. English Vinglish marks the comeback of Sridevi. The film is directed by Gauri Shinde and produced by R. Balki. The team is excited to shoot with Ajith.

Ajith on the other hand will start shooting for is untitled flick with Vishnuvaradhan from August 15 in Mumbai. A two month long schedule is said to have been planned. The First Look and title of the film is expected soon!

Superhero is done!

Mugamoodi is one of the awaited 'Superhero' flick starring Jiiva, Narain, Pooja Hegde directed by Mysskin. The team which had left to Europe to shoot for 2 songs 'Vayamoodi' and 'Mayavi' have completed the shooting. Jiiva has tweeted in his microblog, "Mugamoodi shooting comes to an end. Had a super time and unforgettable moments. Thanks to the team and now I will miss my superhero suit." Mugamoodi is slated for release on August 31. 

Ek Tha Tiger - The Tiger Song

The most awaited movie 'Ek Tha Tiger' starring Salman and Katrina Kaif is set to release next week and the expectations for the movie is sky high. The film is directed by Kabir Khan. The makers have released a new song. "The Tiger song is a fun remix of the Tiger action theme" says the director. The film will hit the screens on August 15.
