Prabhu Deva is set to begin his next film after Rowdy Rathore. The film will be a romantic musical and is produced by Tips. Girish Kumar son of Kumar Taurani (Tips) will make his debut as hero in the film. Shruthi Haasan has been roped in as the female lead.

Shruthi after the success of Gabbar Singh is set to work with Prabhu Deva next.  Two of earlier films ‘Luck’ and ‘Dil Toh Bacha Hai Ji’ didn’t do well at the Box Office. Shruthi is all excited to work with Prabhu Deva and is all praise for him. The film is expected to begin from August 1 after a formal launch.

Jayam Ravi has finally wrapped up the shoot of Ameer's 'Aadhi Bhagavan' which has been in the making for a long time. The final climax scene involving lots of action was shot in Bikaner and the shooting got completed yesterday. Jayam Ravi had put in lot of efforts for his role in the film and eagerly looking forward for its release. 

Jayam Ravi will be joining Boologam team where he plays a boxer. Trisha plays the lead. The actor plays a double role for the first time in Samudrakani's 'Nimirndhu Nil' where he pairs opposite Amala Paul. After wrapping these projects Jayam Ravi and Jiiva are to team up for an untitled flick to be directed by S. P. Jananathan.
