Akshay Kumar Ikka Movie Shooting Start in August: Akshay Kumar is correctly shooting for Robot 2 and Rustom after the release of Rustom, which is release on 12th August 2016. Akshay Kumar start shooting for the Kaththi remake in Chennai which is titled Ikka. The film will be produced by A. R. Murugadoss.

According to the report from a leading daily, Murugadoss is currently re-scripting and structuring the film as per the North Indian set-up. Ikka will go on floors in August and the film has a start-to-finish two-month schedule. “The story will travel through Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai and Bangkok, but will be filmed entirely in Chennai,” added the source.

Akshay Kumar will play a double role in the film. The major portions of the movie will be shot in Chennai and the film will be directed by Murugadoss’ associate Jagan.
