Karthi and Venkat Prabhu's Biriyani Logo released

 Director Venkat Prabhu has already begun the shooting for Biriyani immediately after the pooja last Sunday. The shooting is expected to complete in record speed. Karthi who is playing the lead role is also currently working on Alex Pandian. As soon as completing this project, Karthi is expected to start with Azhaguraja All in All with director Rajesh immediately. Alex Pandian was delayed due to issues with Ameer and FEFSI obstructing the shooting. 

Biriyani logo has aroused a lot of curiosity among fans due to very unique and creative design. It looks like a name board of a biriyani restaurant with lighting style typically found in US motels. Richa is already booked as one of the main leads. Hindi newcomer Diana Penty of Cocktail fame is rumored to have been approached for another important role in the movie. No formal announcement about Diana has been made so far.
