Dilwale Opening Weekend Box Office Collection

Dilwale starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in the lead roes directed by Rohit Shetty hit the screens on December 18. Shah Rukh and Kajol got back together on the silver screen after a gap of five years in Dilwale. The film received mixed response from critics and audience.

The Rohit Shetty-directed Dilwale has earned a whopping amount of money in its first three days at the box office. Dilwale, which has crossed the Rs 50-crore mark in India, and overseas too, the film has been faring pretty well at the box office.

Friday - Rs. 21 cr                                 

Saturday - Rs.20.09 cr

Sunday - Rs. 24 cr

Total - Rs. 65.09 cr

The film has collected around 8.5 million dollars (Rs.56.83 cr) in its opening weekend at the Overseas Box Office. 

While Dilwale wasn't quite the critics' favourite, that doesn't seem to have been a deterrent for Shah Rukh and Kajol fans. Moviegoers have been flocking to the theatres since the day the film released, and Dilwale is supposed to do well at the box office commercially.

Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, Dilwale stars an ensemble cast comprising Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Johnny Lever, Boman Irani, Mukesh Tiwari, Pankaj Tripathi, Varun Sharma and others.
