Vikram plays a stylish cop in A.L.Vijay’s slick action entertainer Thandavam. The team had canned major part of the film in London. The film is said to be fast paced and involves racy action sequences. Vikram is said to have done some daredevil stunts which would definitely be the highlight of the film. The team had a tough time shooting in London as it faced a lot of problems because of bad weather.

For a particular action scene, Vikram was required to go shirtless while performing the stunts. The climate was too cold and team was worried going ahead with the particular shot. Much to the surprise of the team Vikram is said to have performed the bare body stunt without minding the freezing climate.  The sequence had come out well and everybody had appreciated his commitment to his work. The other cast include Anushka, Amy Jackson, Jagpathi Babu, Santhanam, Lakshmi Rai. The film is expected to hit the screens in September.
