Samuthirakani is next set to direct a film with Jayam Ravi and Amala Paul in the lead. The film has been titled 'Nimirndhu Nil'. Music will be scored by G.V. Prakash. The rest of the cast and crew are yet to be finalized. The shooting of Nimirndhu Nil will start after Jayam Ravi wraps up with Boologam.

Jayam Ravi is currently shooting for Boologam where he plays a kick boxer. The film shooting is progressing well and Trisha plays the lead opposite him. The post production work of Aadhi Bhagvan which he recently wrapped is going on in full swing and the actor is eagerly awaiting its release.

Thandavam on 'pack-up' mode

The team which had been shooting in London for almost 2 months is now on a wrap up mode. The cast and crew are working round the clock to complete the film.

The team had recently shot a scene in a park in London and seemed to have been mobbed by people who were eager to see Vikram. The team had however managed to complete the day's schedule as planned despite the crowd. The shooting is expected to be wrapped today and the entire team would be returning back on June 15.

The most awaited Billa 2 gets ready for Censor today. Ajith's Billa 2 is one of its kind which has so much buzz surrounding it even for the film getting censored. The fans are eagerly awaiting to know the release date which is expected to be announced once the film clears the censor and are all geared up for the celebrations.

Simbu's Vaalu shooting stalled

STR was shooting recently in Triplicane for Vaalu. Hansika plays the female lead, while Santhanam and VTV Ganesh add to the comic gags. The shooting seemed to have been interrupted by an overexcited school and college kids on seeing STR. The team unable to handle the crowd had called off the shooting.

Jiiva and Trisha in 'Endrandrum Punnagai'

Actor Jiiva is quite a busy actor in Kollywood. He is currently part of two expected movies of Kollywood, 'Neethane En Ponvasantham' and 'Mugamoodi'. Jiiva will be joining hands with Trisha for the first time in 'Endrandrum Punnagai', a romantic comedy flick, to be directed by Ahamed.

The film has two female leads and Bollywood diva Lisa Haydon will be the other lead. The latest to join the cast is actor Vinay of 'Unnale Unnale' fame. The music for the film is to be composed by Harris Jayaraj. The film will start rolling from this month.
