Gorgeous diva Sridevi in Vijay Chimbudevan film

While Vijay is busy shooting for Kaththi directed by AR Murgadoss, the buzz surrounding his next film to be directed by Chimbudevan seems to be high. The film touted to be a fantasy entertainer is expected to go on floors in September.

The latest update is that Gorgeous Diva of Bollywood Sridevi has been roped in for a pivotal role in the film. Sridevi who made a comeback with English Vinglish has signed this film as she was impressed with the script and her role. 

While names of Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra were earlier hinted for the female lead, the latest to join the list is Shruthi Haasan. 

Also Sudeep of Eega fame, in a recent interview to a leading magazine as revealed that he might be part of Vijay Chimbudevan film. 

There seems to be too many speculations doing the rounds about this project. We need to wait for an official announcement which would clear most of the speculations surrounding the movie.
