Dhruva Natchathiram Dropped - Suriya and Gautham part ways!

It is now finally confirmed that Suriya has broken up with Gautham. Suriya has released an emotional press release stating that Gautham and Suriya have different ideologies and they are traveling in opposite directions. Suriya expressed his displeasure that Gautham didn't have a well-baked script ready for Suriya even after waiting for 6 months after the release of Singam-2. Suriya further revealed that Gautham had done this before when he made Suriya wait for 8 months after shooting for a week for "Chennaiyil Oru Mazhai Kaalam". 

Earlier, Gautham had tweeted that "Reworked a script for Suriya. Hopefully we'll start very soon. Lots of writing, lots of scripts in hand now. Here's to good times ahead". The sources reveal that Gautham narrated the updated script earlier this week with more focus on love angle. It is reported that Suriya was not happy as he expressed more doubts and concerns about the viability of the script. This led to arguments between Gautham and Suriya finally resulting in Suriya withdrawing from the project.
