The Tamil version of Dulquer Salmaan's Tamil-Malayalam bilingual Solo has been censored with an U/A by the CBFC. The film which features Sai Dhansika, Neha Sharma, Sruthi Hariharan and Arthi Venkatesh for female leads will hit theatre screens on October 5, 2017. 

Directed by Bejoy Nambiar, the Tamil dialogues have been penned by Karthik R. Iyer. The technical team of the film includes Prashanth Pillai for music, Madhu Neelakandan, Sejal Shah and Girish Gangadharan for cinematography and Sreekar Prasad for the edits. Solo is produced by Getaway pictures and will be released by Refex Entertainment in Tamil.
