Mersal - GV Prakash croons for AR Rahman

Ever since the first look posters of Vijay's 61st movie Mersal broke the internet, fans have been keeping a close watch on the film's developments. Latest update on this Atlee directorial has come from GV Prakash who has informed that he has sung a song for his favourite star under his uncle A.R. Rahman's music. The song is said to be a mass number and with this song GV Prakash is crooning for AR Rahman after almost 2 decades. 

Produced by Sri Thenandal Films, Mersal is touted to be an action entertainer and has an ensemble of Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha, Nithya Menon, SJ Suryah, Sathyaraj, Vadivelu among others. The film's audio launch will happen in August, 2017 and the movie is expected to hit theatre screens for Diwali this year.
