Prabhu Deva-Tamannah Starrer Devi - Certification and Release Date

Devi, the multilingual horror comedy, has been certified with an U by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). This Prabhu Deva-Tamannah starrer will see a worldwide release on October 7, 2016. Directed and co-written by A.L. Vijay, the movie also stars Bollywood actorSonu Sood in a prominent role. 

The Tamil edition of the movie is produced under the banner Prabhu Deva Studios. The distribution rights for the Tami version is with Auraa Cinemas. Music by Sajid-Wajid and Vishal Mishra, who are two of the five composers of the film have been retained for the Tamil version. The satellite rights of the film have been sold to SUN TV.
