An average movie
Dhoom is an action thriller with an overdose of bike chases and speed-thrills. Uday Chopra chips in some light moments in this otherwise gritty fare with his 'tongue-in-cheek' humor. Abhishek Bachchan needs to master a few emotive expressions other than his usual brooding. John Abraham looks dashing and fits the role of a bike-riding thief to T.(more)

Dhoom mach gaya!
Dhoom does have a few loopholes but the film's fast-paced energy is more than enough to ensure your eyes don't stir from the screen for two-and-a-half hours. The songs -- except for the jarring Salame -- are interestingly picturised.(more)
