Bewafaa stays faithful to kitsch
The story is so lackluster and so void of the impact for which it was designed, that you somehow make your way out of the auditorium, suppressing your yawn, and seeing others do the same. (more)

Bewafaa is embellished with fine performances, with Kareena Kapoor topping the list. Akshay Kumar does well in a role that fits him like a glove. Anil Kapoor handles his part with effortless ease. Sushmita Sen is first-rate in a brief role. The the bad storyline plays spoilsport (more)
