A sharp social thriller that doesn't quite stick the landing

The film is a watchable thriller with enough engaging moments. While it doesn't completely deliver on the promise of its excellent first half, its strong performances, social commentary and technical finesse make it worth a watch, albeit a lengthy one.(more)

A Good Thriller That Loses Its Way

There is enough craft, style and good acting here to recommend. But that's possibly why I, Nobody is also so heartbreaking. Not that it falters, but that it shows us just how exceptional it could have been before losing sight of its own strengths.(more)

An unconventional thriller that fumbles in the final act

I, Nobody fumbles a bit. The so-called redemption is achieved through a contrived set of sequences, while the closing scenes makes one wonder what the film really wanted to convey. A film with such a promising opening hour and a half-time high deserved to have a better final act. (more)
