Badhaai Do is a complete family entertainer that also bravely addresses a social issue
Films like Badhaai Do are important. It normalises the subject for the average Indian family and starts a conversation. Rajkummar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar film hides its core under layers of humour
The film goes on, coralling in other subjects. Badhaai Do is largely, and rightfully preoccupied with the characters sexuality, characters who are not paragons but people, they burp and fart and have loose anger and dark circles. They chafe at their limitations.(more)

RajKummar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar Are Shining Stars In An Otherwise Bland Sky!
Badhaai Do is a good film at heart but fails to impress as a whole package. RajKummar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar try their best, but it isn't enough!(more)
