Even Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi Are Left High And Dry In This Attempt At Comedy

Pagalpanti that could be given a thumbs up, it is the fact that the makers of the film make no bones about their shin-level ambition. They think being utterly absurd makes sense. But does sinking so much money into something so maddeningly frivolous a good idea? Certainly not if the lunacy on show i...(more)

The joke is on John Abraham's film

Pagalpanti appears to be a collection of improvised scenes rather than a film made from a real script. The performances are wooden, dialogues stilted and regressive, and the story - well, there isn't one. This one is best avoided.(more)

John Abraham & Co goof around in a rehash of Bollywood comedy cliches

Pagalpanti is sporadically entertaining, but for the most part it feels stale and ordinary. Even the appearance of a Mhul Choksi lookalike in the end cannot lift the film out of its plainness. References to current events work if you have a take on them. Pagalpanti has none.(more)

Only Thing Missing From This Comedy Is Fun!

Pagalpanti tastes worse than gulping your vomit (not that someone had asked me to taste it, but neither did they ask me to watch). Apart from a couple of good jokes, there's nothing to cherish about.(more)

This Anees Bazmee film is a mess

Some good actors have lent their names to this mess, for what cant be any other reason than money and the hits somehow against Anees Bazmee's name.(more)
