Biggest undoing of Allu Sirish's comedy is its disconnect from contemporary times
By the time ABCD ends, there's a sense of relief - at least it didn't turn out to be an unbearable film. It's predictable, devoid of any strong emotional moments, and the sloppy writing makes it a boring watch. Go watch Angrez. It released way back in 2005 and still packs a punch.(more)

Allu's Boring and Confusing Drama
While the first half of the movie focusses on Allu Sirish and Bharath's rich lifestyle, the second half has focused on how he understands the meaning of life but too many necessary scenes are cooked up. Ex: the entire thread of young politician played by Raja is a deviation.(more)

ABCD is youthful comedy who works only in parts. The film starts well and evokes decent fun in the first half.
