Kavacham should serve as an ideal reminder to Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas that he needs to go beyond blazers, uniforms and abroad shoots to make a good film. The efforts of the producer should've rather been invested into the writing department here. Even after a decade in the industry, it's sad that directors view Kajal Aggarwal merely as a glam-doll sans substance. Kavacham is a shield that should rather be given to a viewer who tolerates this film.(more)

Kavacham- Mediocre Cop Drama

Kavachm is a typical cop drama which works in parts. The interval twist is interesting but the narration could have been even better in the first half. The film has some elements to please the masses but for the A center and multiplex audience, this film will be another routine entertainer. If you are the ones who do not mind loud cop dramas with massy episodes, give this film a shot. But the rest go in with low expectations as there is nothing new you will see here.(more)
