The script is shaky and has too many loose ends
Kodathi Samaksham Balan Vakeel ends up as an okay one time watch, packaged for those who don't need much to be thrilled. It has essentially been made for the fans of Dileep as he is back in action with some comedy and some heavy duty heroics.(more)

B Unnikrishnan could have given us a better movie if he had only stood by the promise that he makes in the beginning. Instead of a nail-biting mystery, what we get is a pretentious film that lacks any real emotion or intelligence.(more)
