However, give this one a chance this weekend if you're looking for something that you can leave your brains at home for and enjoy irrespective of the tired old template. More so, give it a go for Venkatesh, who saves this film from sinking into oblivion. But give it a cold hard miss if outdated humour and gender tropes are not your cup of tea. (more)

Simple & Funny
F2 is a happy fun film which can be watched with your entire family. Vintage Venky is back and he makes sure that there is all-round entertainment in the film. There is no proper story or logic in the second half but this a kind of a film which should be enjoyed keeping aside all those minor issues. As the Sankranthi season is on, the film will get a wider reach as it has simple and neat fun which will impress many. Go watch it.(more)

Venkatesh, Varun Tej starrer is a laugh riot until it loses its magic in the second half
F2 manages to entertain quite a lot and it's well-intentioned. It wants men to understand the importance of saying 'sorry' and 'I love you' when it matters the most. In the film, Venky and Varun might have learnt their lesson the hard way, but they do unravel the secret to a life of happiness - that you don't have to learn Venky Aasan, but just follow when Pradeep says right from the beginning till the end - "Anthega Anthega." If that doesn't make you laugh, then I don't know what will.(more)

F2 - Fun And Frustration Review
'F2' has a superb first half that will have you laughing throughout. The second half too is entertaining but some flaws and cliches rob it of unalloyed zing. A thoroughgoing family entertainer for sure. Able performances help. Director Anil Ravipudi proves his worth.(more)
