'Krishnarjuna Yuddham' henceforth morphs from a romantic comedy to a thriller that aims to be intense and taut, but fails.

Walking away from the film, the only memories that one takes back happy is the vision of Nani dancing to 'Dhaari Choodu' with childish abandon, the humorous scenes that elevate the first half and the fact that his friend spells Riya's name as Royya. For a film that touches the subject of human trafficking, it sure bombs at making a point. But also, can we have the 'Natural Star' Nani back to doing non-masala stories, please?(more)

Nani's charming performance can't save this over-stretched film

Krishnarjuna Yuddham is 158 minutes long. But if you were wise enough to ask a doctor to clone you before watching the film, by the time you go back home, your clone, who has grown up quicker than the film comes to an end, would open the door for you, give you a glass of water, and give you a tight hug, and say, "I know that feeling bro".(more)

Krishna wins hearts

Krishnarjuna Yuddham is a out and out Nani film from start to the end. Nani's stardom is in full flow as he becomes this mass hero who entertains you with his powerful performance. Impressive first half, good comedy and nice thrills are basic assets of this film. But the weak second half and a lengthy run time can put breaks on the free flow of the film. As it is the holiday season and keeping Nani's superb craze in mind, this film should satisfy those who are looking for a typical popcorn entertainer this holiday season.(more)

Nani's Krishna to the rescue

A film about a hot-headed, daring boyfriend killing every man preventing him from finding his abducted girlfriend would have been a better movie than Krishnarjuna Yuddham, in which we have two heroes on the same mission. And one of them is clueless as to what's his role in the rescue operation.(more)

Not Okay Macha!

Nani's "Krishnarjuna Yuddham" falters hugely with second half entirely missing direction. Though some comedy scenes and two songs make first half watchable and Nani's role as Chittoor guy impresses, rest of the movie doesn't entertain, or hold interest.(more)

This fusion doesn't work

Krishnarjuna Yuddham doesn't get its rhythm right. There was a time, not long ago, when Nani's name was associated with films that stood out from the clutter. This one had the potential to be a fusion of global and local music, the way Arjun wanted it to be, but ends up a mess.(more)
