Okay in parts
are of Surya is a simple film which could have been executed in an even better manner. Though there are a few high moments in the second half, the director fails to maintain the same momentum throughout. Those who like thrillers and are desperately waiting to watch a film this weekend can give this film a shot but we suggest you keep your expectations quite low.(more)

Mixed Bag
The film has its merits -- a gripping second half, a moody environment and suspense. On the downside, there is a poor first half and lengthy runtime for a flimsy story. This film can be watchable in a leisure mood on TV as it has slow narration and takes much time to get to the point. However, it showcases Sundeep Kishan in a better manner. So the film will work for Sundeep as an actor but for general audiences it gives mixed feeling.(more)
