Stick to the soundtrack

Taranjeets two Kaur sisters had potential to be quite a riot, but they get hemmed in. The pick of the picture is Kanwaljit Singh, ever so dignified as the gentle patriarch. And then there are Jagjit Singh and Rekha Bhardwaj singing Teri Fariyaad. But then you are much better off listening to the two on your own music system than on the big screen.(more)

It's an instant throwback to the first film with similar plot-lines

heres a cop-out and it goes right back into old, old ways of settling such unseemly conflict: understanding vibes between the two men who decide for the girl what she really wants, an over-cooked plot garnished with lots of contrivances, and swelling violins which tell us that its time to bring the glycerine out.(more)

Neha Sharma Makes Comeback In A Bland Sequel

There are times when Tum Bin 2 turns pretty corny. In one scene, one of the two men, in a particularly moony moment, admits to the girl: Tumhare bina mera kya hota? Thank God, I have you in my life! The audience might not be overly dukhi with Tum Bin 2, especially owing to its commendably sophisticated soundtrack. But this sequel is unlikely to have anybody asking for more. (more)

Like the film's dialoge 'pyaar bewaja hota hai', this film is also equally 'bewajah'. Spare yourself from this romantic drama!

Climax has been shot terribly and it is an actual Wtf moment when both the guys are pushing the girl away like bro tu rakh le, nai bro seriously! Teri Fariyad with Jagjit Singhs vocals is the best thing to happen to this film(more)

Let down by acting, uplifted by Rekha Bhardwajs voice

One of the things that does not work in the film written and directed by Anubhav is the lead female character. While Pia (Sandali) was a rather strong character in the first film and preferred carrying herself on her own despite her early loss (of her fiancee), Taran (Neha Sharma) -- our lead character in Tum Bin 2 -- is a fragile, emotional wreck who needs a shoulder to cry upon and a guy to drive her around on busines(more)
