Director Vijay makes this evident from the first scene itself. Due to circumstances he is forced to marry a village girl called Devi (Tamannaah). They together shift to a flat in Mumbai. Mild Fun
Tutak Tutak Tutiya' has mild fun only due to presence of Prabhudeva and Tamannaah, which gets highly diluted due to dragging screenplay and weak track of Sonu Sood.(more)

Movie Review
Vijay�s able direction, the film never loses its track. While the film�s first half sets up the atmosphere for the story, it�s the engaging second half that really ups the excitement and comedy in the film. The first half of the film is established quite decently with Krishna trying to cope in his loveless marriage and finding out that she has been possessed.
