Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum failed to live up to the expectations and ended up as a below average movie, unfortunately.

In the first half, the film is hilarious as the situation created were too good to make the audience laugh. But the writer and director had failed to carry forward the momentum till last. Aju Varghese�s jokes might not live up to the expectation, but have performed decently. Suraj Venjarammoodu performs well throughout and director Rafi definitely deserves a special mention for his good acting. Cinematography by Anishlal R S and Music by Gopi Sunder are functional.(more)
