Himesh Reshammiya's latest offering has all the ingredients of a masala film!

Himesh does a fantastic job of playing to the gallery and giving his audience what they want. He knows his strengths and weaknesses and plays on the former without letting the latter get better of him. As Raghu his physical transformation is remakrable and while it might look odd and weird in the posters of promo, the film does justice to why hes managed to shed those kilos and look ripped. Movie Review

Himesh Reshammiya once again tortures us with his attempt at acting. He has one expression in the entire film and shockingly even in his intimate scene. He shows off his not-so-hot body often and you couldnt care less. Hopefully this is his last attempt because his Suroor is certainly not working for us.(more)

Movie Review

Director Shawn Arranha believes that the best way to whip up tension is to resort to the spectacle of actors traipsing in slow motion towards the camera before every big action scene. But lets cut to the chase: barring the last 20 minutes of the film, which correspondent to real time on the clock, Teraa Surroor is a terrific stretch. It tells the story of a stone-faced saviour who moves heaven and earth to get his lady love out of the cooler in Dublin, taking on the entire police force of a city in the process.(more)

Movie Review

The film's director Shawn Arranha, who has, in the past, directed Hide & Seek, (comparatively) springs a surprise with TERAA SURROOR. His direction in building the suspense keeps you on the edge of your seat till the end. One has to give it to him for having successfully directed Himesh Reshammiya and extracting a performance from him. Certain scenes in the film stand out completely (like the introduction scene of Naseeruddin Shah is simply fantastic and the way the suspense gets unfolded is something that needs to be applauded).(more)

Himesh Starrer Is More Noise Than Sense

This is a Himesh Reshammiya film, so there is no dearth of songs here, but not all of them are in the star's own voice. The musical numbers only serve as speed-breakers in a film that is anyways rather thin in terms of twists and turns. (more)

The mysterious, musical guy is everywhere

Himesh Reshammiya has tried hard, but its still not working for him. Farah Karimaee may get some films if looking good is the only criterion. Naseeruddin Shah is Naseeruddin Shah and Shekhar Kapur is Shekhar Kapur, absolutely undiluted.(more)
