There is an undercurrent of humour throughout the film, but it feels forced in some places like in the Indrajith-Padmapriya episode where the husband refuses to budge from his bed even when his hut is going to be submerged in a deluge.(more)

A 'Poppins' is ready
The movie tells a story centred on man-woman relationships, exploring different facets of the institution called marriage .The director V K Prakash had already adapted this play into a Kannada film in the title 'Aidu Ondla Aidu'. This version was shown in Australia and New Zealand as part of the Indian Film Festival, where it was applauded well. Interestingly Nithya Menen and Padmapriya will reprise their role from the Kannada film.(more)
