Slick Action Thriller

Although it is remake of French movie Nuit Blanche, Kamal Haasan's Cheekati Rajyam is quite differently told with many original ideas. It seems only basic plot was taken from the French movie. After experimenting with many themes recently, Kamal Haasan has done this pretty plain and simple thriller. (more)

. Director Rajesh M Selva starts off movie in an interesting way by establishing each and every character meticulously. A film of this kind with limited locations and limited characters need intricate screenplay to make audiences hooked. The screenplay is sluggish in the second half and becomes repetitive. (more)
