Mr Fraud is the kind of film that will fly out of your head, by the time you are out of the theatre. If your concept of films is limited to that, try this one at your risk.(more)

The film is about a conman whose task is to plunder the treasure from a royal household
Mr Fraud is not at all such a tedious watch with its luxuriant display of gadgets, air-screen projectors and dialogues resonant with technical terms. The fight and chase happen with the accompaniment of dry-leaves propelled away with vigour, but certainly not as unbearable as the tiring song-sequences which offer no mercy for ears.(more)

Mr Fraud does not entertain
Mohanlal makes no effort to perform well in this film, as he is made to mimic himself. The film may enthuse some hardcore fans, but it is boring for anyone else. As for the actor playing his age, theres nothing much to it. Of the supporting cast only Siddique, as a member of the royal family who has turned a communist, and Mia George as his foster daughter Saraswathi, make some impact. Mr. Fraud is an uninteresting film unless you are a hardcore fan of Mohanlal.(more)
