Fresh and Innovative concept
North 24 Kaatham is one of the best Malayalam movies in recent times. It works big time due to script, performers and direction.On the downside even though the film is only 2 hours a lag can be felt in the second half. Some things are unexplained, why did Hari not got back for his important meeting in Trivandrum.On the whole North 24 Kaatham is fresh and innovative concept, hilarious at the same time thought provoking and a thoroughly enjoyable ride.(more)

Watchable film
Nevertheless Anil Radhakrishnan Menon gets his narrative going at times because of stunningly superlative performance from Nedumudi Venu and Fahadh who redeem a flawed plot with a restraint, so natural to them. The illogical course of their path on a hartal day is enlivened by some beautiful frames. North 24 Kaatham is a watchable film for its flow and choice of subject.(more)
