the story is all about why Nandini uses Nitin and how Nitin responds back!
Though starts off on a unimpressive note, the first half of the film is nice and entertaining with Karunakaran�s trademark episodes. Second half goes awry as the story happens in Barcelona. Strengths of the film are Nitin and first half. The screenplay in second half should have been better. We have to wait and see how normal audiences embrace the movie.(more)

Suffers from second half syndrome
CNK shows a lot of promise as a good comedy film early on, but totters in between. Every lead character is nicely introduced, but soon disappears, only to appear briefly again. To my mind, that is a huge waste, having actors like Nassar, Senior Naresh, Rohini and Ali and not making optimum use of their presence. To sum things up, Chinnadaana Neekosam takes too long to tell a story, which is bound with countless loose ends. Even usually dependable Nithiin puts our hopes on toss with his erroneous acting especially post-intermission. A disappointing end to this year.(more)

Routine but Entertaining
With Chinnadana Neekosam, it is once again proved that love stories are apt for Nithin. His performance, songs and an entertaining first half are basic plus points. On the flip side, lack of enough emotions and a predictable second half spoils the flow of the film. Finally, all those who do not mind routine love stories and want to watch a time pass entertainer this festive season, this film is a decent choice.(more)
