Hinged on heroism
Ramayya Vasthavayya comes from director Harish Shankar of the gigantic hit Gabbar Singh. If he made Gabbar Singh to suit Pawan Kalyans devil-may-care attitude, here he largely relies on NTRs charisma. (more)

Stylish Mass Entertainer
Harish Shankar is a guy who understands what fans expect from their hero. He has showcased NTR brilliantly in the first half. He should have taken better care about the second half (more)

Our Rama.. Rama.. moment
In telling an outdated and damn predictable story, Harish Shankar S committed one blunder after another. His only trump card was a romantic NTR, who is seen imitating Dev Anand here and Victory Venkatesh there. A paper-thin storyline is the least of Ramayya's imperfections. (more)

Ramayya Visigistavayya..!

Little entertainment, Few family elements in the first-half, and NTR overall.
Direction by Harish Shankar is disappointing. Harish is one director who can brilliantly mix comedy with mass elements... Gabbarsingh, Mirapakai are true examples, When NTR was introduced with witty comedy expressions - combined with muscular fights and punch dialogues.. (more)
