Time-pass. Go for it
Santoshi keeps it light, fluffy and fun. Some of the dialogues sparkle. The trouble is that the film cannot maintain this tone and energy. So, the humour dips and the gags become forced.(more)

Go for it
Theres nothing 'ghazab' (extraordinary) about the conventional love story but the journey to the destination is full of laughs. Go for this cheerful, good-natured film to light up your weekend. Music by Pritam is interesting; cinematography, sound design, editing are all top notch.(more)

If you must, watch it for Ranbir
To be fair, there are portions of Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani that are so funny your sides will ache from laughing. But for the most part, it's a silly comedy that goes for slapstick gags and juvenile jokes that are hard to appreciate.(more)

All you need is Prem
Honestly, it's just good to watch a film with memorable comedy again. Heaven knows its been a while. And one that takes us back to a different, more wholesome kind of cinema. Even as the climax drags into predictability, Santoshi ensures that even divine intervention - to pull it all back on track again -- comes with laughs. Gotta love that.(more)

Entertains majorly
In AJAB PREM KI GHAZAB KAHANI, the romantic moments are endearing. Most importantly, the on-screen chemistry is electrifying. Ranbir and Katrina look great together! On the flip side, the film could've done with a fresh plotline.(more)

Bumpy fun ride
Like sensex, APKGK keeps going up and down. Its not a patch on Santoshis Andaz Apna Apna but does pack in a good number of gags to keep you smiling. Go with Prem!(more)
