Yet another comic outing from Rohit Shetty
If GOLMAAL works better than other recent farce fests it's because the boys get it right. Not just Devgan (devilishly deadpan), Warsi (as usual farce-rate) and Sharman Joshi (marvelously accomplished in his comic timing). Even Tusshar Kapoor who gets it right.(more)

Well-rounded entertainer
Despite the absence of a concrete plot, the movie entertains because the gags and pranks keep flowing in quick succession. There is hardly any sequence in the film that doesn't evoke a chuckle, if not make you laugh. And the credit for this partly goes to Neeraj Vora , the writer.(more)

A wacky entertainer
What works for Golmaal is that Shetty keeps the gags coming. The fun quota is consistently maintained. Even if circumstances are not really humorous, the reactions they invoke are. But if you are willing to take no offence, Golmaal is one goofy, paisa vasool ride.(more)
