A painful watch
Hulchul, as a film, is worse than that glue-bowl: equally extraneous and redundant, but much more irritating. The film is a mess, a blunder of slapstick and camp, and, quite simply hurts. A lot of this is due to the constant shrieking and hoarse/shrill yelling (more)

Empty Hullabaloo
Hulchul is in part entertaining and irritating. Hulchul will appeal you if you have a taste for slapstick humor and some family drama. But if nothing less than subtlety suits your palate, then you will end up getting irritated. (more)

For those who enjoy light entertainers and who like family drama kind of situations.
It's important to deliver what you promise. The promos of HULCHUL promise a wacko theme and laughter unlimited. After watching the film, you realize that the makers do deliver a film that's pretty serious about offering wholesome entertainment.(more)
