Bombay Velvet directed by Anurag Kashyap is set to hit the screens on May 15. The film promotions are happening in full swing.

The lead actors Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma promoted their upcoming film 'Bombay Velvet' on the sets of 'Indian's Got Talent'. Karan Johar who plays the antagonist in Bombay Velvet happens to be one of the judges on the show.

The makers had recently released a new trailer of the film which has received good response from the audience.

The film also stars Kay Kay Menon, Siddharth Basu and Manish Choudhary appearing in supporting roles. Bombay Velvet is an adaptation of Gyan Prakash's book Mumbai Fables. The film tells the story of a boxer, Johnny Balraj, and an aspiring jazz singer, Rosie, and how their hopes and dreams collide with their individual realities.
