First Look of Anushka Sharma from Bombay Velvet

The first look of Anushka from the film Bombay Velvet has been revealed. Anushka plays the role of Jazz singer 'Rosie'. Earlier the makers had released the first look of Ranbir Kapoor who plays a boxer 'Johnny Balraj'.

Bombay Velvet directed by Anurag Kashyap is an adaptation of Gyan Prakash's book Mumbai Fables and narrates the story of how the city became a metropolis against the backdrop of love, greed, violence and jazz music. The film tells the story of a boxer, Johnny Balraj, and an aspiring jazz singer, Rosie, and how their hopes and dreams collide with their individual realities.

The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in lead roles with Kay Kay Menon, Siddharth Basu and Manish Choudhary appearing in supporting roles. The film is scheduled for release on May 15, 2015.
