Shahid Kapoor and Pankaj Kapur on the sets of Shaandaar

The shooting of Shaandaar is progressing at a brisk pace. Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt play the lead roles in the film directed by Vikas Bahl of 'Queen' fame. "Shaandar" will be India's first destination wedding film, wherein an Indian family goes to Europe. 

Veteran Bollywood actor Pankaj Kapur plays Alia Bhatt's father in Shaandar. This is the first time Pankaj Kapur will be sharing the screen with son Shahid. And there's another surprise element in the film - the role of Alia's sister is being played by Shahid's real sister Sanah Kapur.
